Adult Vocal Development classes will be offered from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Tuesdays beginning April 10 in the music room at Pioneer High School, 10800 Benavon St. The class develops articulation, projection, stage presence, solo, group and ensemble singing. Instruction includes note reading and ear training and exposure to many styles of music, including classical, jazz and contemporary.

Sadly we just learned of the passing of Leroy Perkins (1962) and Nancy Horner (1962), both within a week of each other. We also just learned of the passing of Mike Zaragoza (1972), a cousin of Ralph Felix (1972) and Titan Basketball player. These notices have been listed in the Obituaries.

Michele Sherman (1996) informs us that Art Hernandez (1996) is a new daddy. If anyone is in touch with Art perhaps you'll get us somemore info and maybe even a photo.

We've also learned that the Class of 1987 has formed a Reunion Committee for their 20 year Reunion. We'll pass on more information as it comes to us.

PHSAA (Pioneer High School Alumni Association) now has their own website URL. There is a link near the bottom of the right column on our Home Page. These folks work really hard at organizing Alumni events and activities, as well as offering support to the Titans of today. They have also been very supportive of PHS AlumniWEB and generous with their donations every year. We encourage you to give them a visit and your support.
